This a design for a Brochure Cover page, for a construction firm here in Egypt, this was one of about 12 alternatives I submitted to the client! But I like this one the most!
Pretty simple, nothing new there, it should be folded in two parts so u are seeing it unfolded right now but I thought it looks cooler this way…
